I was skeptical about a home workout, but only needing dumbbells and a bench was a game changer. The daily 8:00 AM videos kept me on track. I feel stronger now at 55 than I did in my 40s. No supplements, just real results.

A Story
I was like you—a middle-aged guy who was recently retired and going down a road where I was getting fatter, lazier, and weaker. “If I’m like this now, what will I be like when I’m 70?” That thought haunted me.
“If I’m like this now, what will I be like when I’m 70?” That though haunted me.
So I tried. First I tried Crossfit. I even got a personal trainer. It was too hard to enjoy but after 2 months I was starting to feel much better. Then the trainer pushed me too hard and I hurt my back. Guess what I did….quit. And I’m glad because it really was too advanced and difficult for my old ass and if I kept going I knew I’d get hurt again.
Then I bought a gym membership, deciding to focus on low impact dumbbell workouts. Only to realize I hate going to the gym. I didn’t like the crowds. I didn’t like the fitness influencers getting mad if I walked into their shot. I didn’t like the sweaty benches. And since I had to driver there, it was too easy for me to skip a day here and there, until a month later when I just quit.
Back on the sofa the guilt and self-pity crept in. “I might not be around to play with my grandkids, and even if I am I’ll be the fat old grandpa that can’t play with them” was the thought I couldn’t shake.
So I committed to a 100-day experiment. I focused on mindset, simple meals, basic muscle work with dumbbells, and daily movement. I broke it into manageable 10-day chunks and gave myself a report card every tenth day.
The results shocked me. I lost weight, my joints stopped aching, and I had more energy than I’d had in years. Friends started asking me what I was doing to lose so much weight. My golf game got better, and I started playing Padel.
My whole life changed.
That’s when I realized the only way to get fit—really fit—is through a structured program that matches where you’re starting from and holds you accountable in a way that’s actually fun.
That’s why I created the Now or Never Fitness Challenge, where we bring the best parts of a friendly gym and a personal trainer into your home.
You might like going to the gym, you might love Crossfit. And if so, then go for it…you don’t need my Program.
But if you’re like me and you’d rather work out on your own at home, but you want to make sure there’s a program to follow that makes it easy to get through each day, then my Challenge is for you.
Money Back Guarantee
I guarantee the Now or Never Fitness Challenge works so I’m offering the world’s easiest money back guarantee.
I’ll give you until Day 20 of your Challenge to try it out and see if you like it. If, for any reason, you aren’t happy or if you just want to go back to being a lazy sack of you-know-what, just ask for your money back and I’ll give you a 100% refund…no questions asked.
So if you Join, one of two things will happen: either you become lighter, stronger, and more energetic—or you email us for a refund and get close to a month of coaching for free. Either way, you can’t lose.
Picture your future if you take the Now or Never Fitness Challenge. Just a month from now you’ll have shed a few pounds, you’ll notice your pants fit better, and you’ll have the confidence to try new activities. In two months, you’ll surprise yourself by choosing a walk over a nap. By the end of the challenge you’ll feel like a different person—lighter, stronger, ready for anything.
Now picture your future if you don’t take the challenge. You’ll keep saying “next Monday,” your clothes will stay tight, and you’ll be the guy who watches from the porch instead of joining in. You’ll still want to get fit and, if you’re like me, you’ll be disappointed you didn’t set aside just 100 days to change the rest of your life.
