I was like youâa middle-aged guy who recently retired and starting to let myself go, exercising less and eating more crap.
âIf Iâm like this now, what will I be like when Iâm 70?â
That thought haunted me.
First I tried Crossfit. I even got a personal trainer. It was too hard to enjoy but after 2 months I was starting to feel much better. Then the trainer pushed me too hard and I hurt my back.
