What You’ll Need

This challenge keeps things simple.  All you need is:

✔ Dumbbells and a bench. Put ‘em in your garage, your spare bedroom, or your basement. Just a small space will do. If you don’t currently own any, just buy a simple bench and dumbbells on Amazon and it'll be at your house tomorrow!

✔ Shoes. These shoes were made for walkin’, and that’s just what they’ll do. You need a good pair of walking shoes for the Challenge.

✔ Balanced Meals. You need to fuel your body with real food to support your progress throughout the 100 days.


That’s literally all you need.

Well, you also need to bring a determined mindset and your best effort.

It will feel hard at first but by Day 20 you’ll be amazed how different you feel.
